Refund policy

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

The piece has to come back unworn and unwashed, with its tags and labels still on it, in the packaging it arrived in. We check every returned piece by hand, because the runs are small enough that we know each one.

Return shipping is on us. Write to uahanstudio@gmail.com with your order number and we will raise a reverse pickup from the address the order went to. You do not pay a courier and you do not post anything yourself.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches the studio and passes the check, you choose:

• A full refund to the method you paid with.
• Store credit at UAHAN, for the same amount.

Either way the refund is raised within 7 business days of the piece reaching us. Your bank decides how long it then takes to appear, usually another 3 to 5 days.

On a Cash on Delivery order the ₹200 collection charge is not refunded. That is the courier's service and it was already performed. The price of the garment comes back in full.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges as a separate process, and that is deliberate. Runs here are small, so by the time a return reaches us the size you wanted may be gone. Raise a return, take the refund, and reorder the size you want while it is still on the site. It is the honest version of an exchange.

Cancellations

Write to us before the order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund it in full. Once it is with the courier it has to run as a return.

What we cannot take back

• A piece that has been worn, washed or altered.
• A piece returned without its tags or labels.
• Anything raised after the 7 day window has closed.

Damaged or wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. We replace it or refund it in full, and none of the conditions above apply to you. That one is our mistake, not yours.
