These terms cover your use of this site and anything you buy from it. Using the site means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We can decline an order, and we will tell you why and refund you in full if we do. The usual reason is that a piece sold out between your click and our check, which happens when runs are small.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The tax is broken out on your invoice. Prepaid orders are settled through Razorpay and we never see or hold your card details. Cash on Delivery carries the ₹200 charge set out in the shipping policy.

Full price, always. If we ever get a price wrong on the site we will tell you before we charge you, and you can walk away.

The garments

Every product page states the fabric composition and the weight where we have them. Those are facts and we hold ourselves to them. Colour on a screen is not colour in a room, and hand-finished pieces carry small differences from each other. That is the making, not a defect.

Sizes are M, L and XL. Measurements are on the size and fit page, in inches, taken from the garment.

Returns

Set out in full in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

What is ours

The photography, the writing, the marks and the designs on this site belong to UAHAN STUDIO. Read them, do not republish them.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Where we stop

We are liable for the order you placed, up to what you paid for it. We are not liable for a courier delay, a bank delay, or anything outside our hands.

Governing law

Indian law. Courts at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We can change these terms. The version live on this page when you order is the version that governs your order.
