Where we ship

India only, every pin code our courier serves. We do not ship internationally yet.

What it costs

• Prepaid orders: shipping is free. Every order, no minimum.
• Cash on Delivery: a flat ₹200 collection charge, added to your order at checkout so you see the total before you confirm it. The courier collects the whole amount in cash at your door.

Full price, always. No coupons, no countdowns, no free-shipping threshold to chase.

When it goes out

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Batches here are small and every piece is checked and packed by hand before it leaves. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

How long it takes

3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Metros land at the shorter end.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the courier picks your order up. It goes live on the courier's site within a few hours of the first scan.

If nobody is home

The courier attempts delivery three times. After that the parcel comes back to us and we refund the order in full. If you know you will be out, reply to the tracking mail with a better date and we will pass it on.

Address changes

Tell us before dispatch and we will change it. After dispatch it is with the courier and we cannot.
